The Manon, or Butter Cream, is different from a truffle in that
it contains no cream and only butter. The Manon filling is whipped to
perfection creating the most incredibly light, ephemeral center which is
encased in a thin coat of the best chocolate. Traditionally Manons are
delicately flavoured with coffee, vanilla, chocolate or raspberry. We offer
other varieties, too.
Chocolate
This elegant Manon has a milk chocolate exterior and dark
chocolate interior shell. It is filled with a rich milk chocolate butter cream
and crowned with a chocolate curl.

Double Double
Everyone likes their morning cup of joe from Canada’s favourite
coffee shop and now its available in chocolate form. The Double Double is made with
a fresh coffee butter cream and is enrobed in a creamy white chocolate and
topped with a whole coffee bean.

Mango Saffron
For a truly exotic butter cream experience, this Manon combines the
seductive flavour of mango with the complex flavour of saffron in a velvety
smooth white chocolate.

emulsifiers: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract, saffron. Contains: Dairy

Raspberry
This raspberry butter cream is enrobed
in a smooth dark chocolate and topped with a candied raspberry. As you snap
though the outer shell the fruit flavour of this creation explodes on your
palette.

Vanilla
This Manon consists of a silky vanilla butter cream and is
decorated with a whole pecan nut. The entire filling is then fork-dipped in
vanilla sugar, enrobed in white chocolate and topped with real vanilla beans.
